Quavo released the “Trapaline” video and a second video for “One Hit Away” on November 6, the biggest visual day yet in the campaign for his next solo album, SATCHAMO. Both songs are expected to land on the album, which still has no release date.

Quavo Trapaline video leads a two visual day

The Quavo Trapaline video arrived alongside the “One Hit Away” visual, giving the album campaign two full videos in a single day. iimiTV covered the surprise “One Hit Away” single when it landed on November 4; the new videos move both records from audio teasers into the visual phase of the rollout. Releasing two videos at once is a statement of pace after a quieter stretch, and it puts the focus back on finished records instead of snippets.

The SATCHAMO trailer keeps Takeoff at the centre

The album trailer, posted November 3, is built around vocals Takeoff recorded years ago and footage of a rocket lifting off, the image that has stood for Takeoff throughout Quavo’s solo work. A snippet of an unreleased song plays under it, with Quavo’s Auto-Tuned vocal over a dark backing, according to coverage of the trailer. SATCHAMO takes its name from Louis Armstrong’s nickname, and Quavo has described it as his third solo album, due through Quality Control. No tracklist or date has been announced.

“Warriors Never fold. Jobs Not Finished.”

That was Quavo’s caption on the Instagram post earlier this year that laid out the road ahead: a Takeoff album, a second Unc and Phew project and one final Migos album. Offset answered the same post with “On dat,” and the pair later revived the group’s dormant Instagram account with studio photos.

Two Migos albums frame the solo run

The solo campaign is only half the picture. In September, Quavo told DJ Greg Street of V-103 that Migos would return with a tour and a new album, a final group project with Offset that includes vocals Takeoff left behind, with January 2027, the group’s anniversary month, floated as a possible window. Offset has news of his own this month: his album GMFU is set for November 13. Between the two videos, the trailer and the group plans, November 6 reads as the day the whole Migos story started moving again at once.
