Quavo released the surprise single One Hit Away on November 4, 2026, complete with an official video, opening the rollout for his next solo album, SATCHAMO. The drop landed with no advance warning, and it did not arrive alone: a second video, for a song called Trapaline, came the same day.
Two videos in one night is a statement of intent from an artist whose last album is barely a month old. QRÖMELIFE, executive produced by Pharrell Williams, arrived on October 2, 2026, and iimiTV covered that release in full. Rather than sit on that record, Quavo is already showing the next one.

Quavo One Hit Away Opens The SATCHAMO Rollout
One Hit Away is the first confirmed preview of SATCHAMO, and its title doubles as the album’s argument. Reporting on the single from HotNewHipHop notes the song’s quotable lines circle pressure and studio sessions, the sound of a rapper talking himself back into form. The official video carries the era’s slogan in its own description:
Tell Em Satchamo Sent Ya!
Trapaline, the second video, is also believed to sit on the SATCHAMO tracklist. Dropping both at once lets Quavo test two directions in public: One Hit Away as the single, Trapaline as the street record, with the audience deciding which one leads.
A Trailer Built Around Takeoff
The night also brought the first SATCHAMO trailer, and its centre is Takeoff. As That Grape Juice reports, the trailer incorporates previously recorded vocals from Takeoff alongside imagery of a rocket ship lifting off, a direct nod to the late Migos member’s own solo identity. Quavo and Offset have also confirmed plans to reunite for another Migos album built around Takeoff’s vocals, with early 2027 reported as the target window.
One Month After QRÖMELIFE
The speed of the follow-up is the story underneath the single. QRÖMELIFE was a full Pharrell production with appearances from Offset, Future, Tyler, The Creator, A$AP Rocky, Lil Baby, T.I. and Justin Timberlake, and its emotional centre was Away, the first Quavo and Offset collaboration since 2021. Our coverage of that album is here: Quavo Releases QRÖMELIFE Album.
No release date or tracklist has been confirmed for SATCHAMO yet. What is confirmed is the pace: a surprise single, a second video and a trailer in a single night, five weeks after the last album. One Hit Away is streaming now, and the rollout it opens is moving fast.
