Lil Baby Drops Mr Do Something Video

Lil Baby released the official Lil Baby Mr Do Something video on November 6, 2026, the same day his fifth studio album FRESH arrived. Directed by ILMATO, the clip follows him riding through his old Atlanta neighbourhood, watching from a vehicle window as people chase after the car.

The video is track two on the album, and its placement is the point. Before the features and the radio records, FRESH opens its visual run with a hometown lap, shot on the streets the Atlanta rapper has been documenting since his breakthrough.

The Lil Baby Mr Do Something video goes back to Atlanta

The video was published on Lil Baby’s official YouTube channel on November 6, credited to Quality Control Music under exclusive licence to UMG Recordings, with Quality Control and Motown Records attached to the release. The song itself carries production from Taurus, K6WYA, Casper and Cam Rouse.

ILMATO keeps the camera inside the moving vehicle for long stretches, so the neighbourhood does the acting. It is a simple device, and it works because the song is built the same way: a star measuring the distance between where he started and where he is now.

Inside FRESH, the album the video launches

FRESH runs 17 tracks, and iimiTV covered the full release in its Lil Baby FRESH album post. The guest list is an Atlanta roll call: Future, Young Thug and Rylo Rodriguez join forces on “All My Partnas,” and Rodriguez returns on “In Your Head.” The full sequence runs from “Top Uh It” and “Mr. Do Something” through “Dead Fresh,” “Your Fault,” “All Us,” “In Your Head,” “Like A Brat,” “Televised” and “Rareform” to the closing “Keep Goin.”

The album’s engine so far is “Dead Fresh.” Produced by Pharrell Williams, the single reached No. 18 on the Billboard Hot 100, spent more than 14 weeks on that chart, and climbed to No. 1 at both Urban and Rhythmic radio. Lil Baby first introduced the song during the Louis Vuitton Spring/Summer 2027 menswear presentation in Paris, a debut that underlines how central fashion runways have become to his rollout.

Metro Boomin and London on Da Track are also among the producers contributing to the album, which follows 2025’s WHAM, a Billboard 200 number one, and the transitional mixtape The Leaks.

A hometown week in Atlanta

The video lands at the start of a scheduled hometown run. Lil Baby performs during halftime at the Atlanta Hawks game on November 7, then appears on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on November 8, after Sunday Night Football. On December 5 he returns to State Farm Arena for a birthday celebration concert billed as Lil Baby: Fresh Prince of Atlanta.

That is the context the video is working in. With more than 30 billion global streams behind him and My Turn still standing as the biggest-selling and most-streamed album of 2020 across all genres, Lil Baby does not need a neighbourhood video to prove anything. He made one anyway, and he put it second on the album, where every listener meets it first.
